Parents,

Your child should have brought home the band handbook and band calendar for you records.If by chance you did not receive these documents, I have attached a copy to this email.One error in the handbook is the date of the rental meeting at the end of the supply list page.It should read "September 13th" and not "September 16th".The correction was made in the attached handbook.

A few reminders

-I will begin band locker assignments tomorrow Wed. August 18.Students should have a combination lock by Monday August 23rd.

-All signed band and school documents should be returned by this Friday Augusta 20th.

-All band shirt orders should be turned in by Friday, August 27th.This is so I can order the shirts in time for our first performance at the PKMS football game on Sept. 16th.

-All student supplies should be purchased at the band rental meeting on September 13th.This includes flip folders and lyres, reeds, valve oil, music text books,drum sticks, etc.All 7th and 8th grade students will need a flip folder and a lyre for the football games and the Christmas Parade.
